Christopher Oueis is a rising fourth-year student at the University of South Florida double majoring in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics (EQE) and International Studies, with a minor in Legal Studies. Christopher sits on the executive boards of three different student organizations on campus. Most notably, Christopher leads discussions on international affairs on campus through the John Quincy Adams Society. His commitment to tackling "big data" challenges as it relates to the field of international development lead him to complete three internships related to foreign affairs and international development, two of which were based in Washington, D.C. Currently, Christopher is engaged in a full year internship at the US Central Command (CENTCOM) as a conflict tracker for the Near East. After graduating, Christopher intends to attend graduate school to further explore the use of "big data" for the advancement of global development projects.
