Drew Dahlgren is a rising fourth-year undergraduate at the University of Missouri majoring in Constitutional Democracy, Religious Studies, and Political Science. He is the chairman of the Washington Society, a philosophy discussion group, and is a proud member of the baritone section of the Marching Mizzou, which recently performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. Currently, he is a writing tutor for the University of Missouri Writing Center, which guides students across all academic disciplines in improving their writing skills. Drew's studies predominantly concern the intersection of government policy and religion in America. He is currently writing an essay examining Christianity's continued prevalence in American politics for the University's Journal on Constitutional Democracy. Last summer, Drew had the opportunity to intern at the National Labor Relations Board Headquarters in Washington D.C., giving him valuable insights into legal careers in the federal government. He plans to attend law school after undergrad, specializing in constitutional or labor law. He hopes to one day work as a judge for a federal or state court of appeals. In his free time, Drew enjoys practicing piano and going for hikes in the woods near his house. He calls Arlington Heights, Illinois his home.
